A Prisoner for the Lord?

So yesterday was interesting for a number of reasons. I did have some good conversations, and had some good time to spend with the some of the G.O Ministries staff here in Santiago. What made it especially interesting though was that I accidentally got locked in the dormitory building! I was up on the third floor where there’s a nice breeze doing some reading and doing some work. When it was time to walk over to the house where I was going to have lunch, I went downstairs and found that everyone else was gone and that the door had been locked behind them! There was no way to get out. I waited around until somebody passed by that I knew, so I told him that I was locked in. He called someone who had the keys and we found out that they were across town and wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes. It was really no struggle, because I had a nice place to sit until then. However, it was a pretty humorous situation and everyone got a really good laugh out of it. Jeff Rogers even took a picture of “the prisoner.” I’ll post it here when he sends it to me.
On a more serious note, I would request prayer. We are going to try to go to Dajabon on Friday and spend the day and night with the Haitian pastors then. Would you pray that the violence at the border would lessen enough for them to come across and then get back to their families safely? Thank you, and God’s blessing!
