Brian D. Johnson Ministries is committed to providing Scriptural education for the Church with the purpose of prompting action.  This ministry was started to support Brian as he travels both in the U. S. and Internationally to speak and to teach.  Brian is passionate about making Biblical teaching and resources available particularly to those who would not normally have an opportunity to study the Bible intently.

When asked what it was that first instilled this passion in him, Brian points to a short-term mission trip he took with G. O. Ministries. “I saw these amazing ministers who were serving in the most difficult situations, but who had never had the opportunity for Biblical training and who had very limited resources.  I thought to myself, ‘How can I not go and teach if they are so willing to learn.’”  Brian has made himself available for classes in the Dominican Republic three times a year.  This ministry supports his travel expenses, his training resources, and helps to make resources available for the national ministers.

“International travel continues to become more expensive and more of a hassle every year,” Brian says.  That’s why these ministry funds are becoming increasingly important.  While we do fund drives for each trip, the ministry is seeking those who believe in this mission who would like to become regular partners.  Brian also has a dream of facilitating other gifted teachers and preachers to share with the national ministers.

Brian has also begun Romans 8:19 Media which provides educational resources for the Church, but it too has a focus on international missions.  Romans 8:19 Media provides quality resources to help the Church in the U. S. with its educational and small-group needs, but then uses the funds that are raised through the sale of these resources to make the resources available in a missions context for free, or for a relatively low cost.
